PROGRAMS

Crossfit

Get motivated in our fun group classes! Workouts combine weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements, fully scalable to your level. With skilled coaches and a supportive community, you’ll be challenged and inspired every step of the way.

ON RAMP

If you are new to CrossFit, this is the place to start. The CrossFit DCL On Ramp is an introductory course designed for beginners to learn the foundational movements and techniques necessary to ensure a safe and effective transition into group classes. Reach out to our team to find out when the next On Ramp is scheduled!

WEIGHT LIFTING

Whether you want to compete or simply improve your fitness, our Olympic weightlifting program is designed for you. Train in a self-paced class with expert coaches Amy and Matt, focusing on the snatch and clean & jerk. Build strength, power, speed, agility, and coordination in a supportive, skill-focused environment.

YOGA

Restore and rejuvenate your body with our yoga class. Focus on deep stretching, mobility, and relaxation to aid recovery and enhance overall well-being.

COMPETITORS PROGRAMMING

This independent training program is for experienced athletes ready to compete. Challenge yourself on your own schedule; contact Coach Amy to join our competition team and take your training to the next level.

ENDURANCE PROGRAMMING

Hybrid training is in—and it’s exactly what our endurance program has always offered. Boost cardiovascular endurance, mix up your movement patterns, and keep workouts challenging and engaging. This programming may be performed independently or as an alternative to group classes.

PERSonAL TRAINING

Group classes aren’t for everyone. If you want a personalized approach or to target sport-specific goals, reach out to train 1-on-1 and focus on what matters most to you.

WEEKEND CLINICS

Weekend clinics are offered periodically throughout the year for athletes to improve knowledge, technique, and/or efficiency in specialized areas. In-house clinics are free for members.

COMMUNITY

When you join CrossFit DCL you are part of the family. We host breakfasts, Book Club, memorial workouts, holiday events, competitions, park days, and we participate in Clarksville Community Events.
