what we offer
PROGRAMS
Crossfit
Boost your motivation for exercise in one of our fun group fitness classes. Expect a functional, high intensity, strength and conditioning workout featuring a combination of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements. All workouts are scalable and modifiable! You will be surrounded by a supportive community and skilled coaches to meet you where you are at and push you to the next level.
ON RAMP
If you are new to CrossFit, this is the place to start. The CrossFit DCL On Ramp is an introductory course designed for beginners to learn the foundational movements and techniques necessary to ensure a safe and effective transition into group classes. Reach out to our team to find out when the next On Ramp is scheduled!
WEIGHT LIFTING
Whether you are looking to compete or to improve overall fitness, our Olympic weightlifting program is built for you. You will work closely with our expert weightlifting coaches (Amy / Matt) in a self-paced class. Focusing on the snatch and clean and jerk, this program is ideal for those who want to be stronger and more powerful while improving speed, agility, and coordination.
YOGA
Restore your mind and body with a weekend dose of vigorous Vinyasa. Challenge yourself with the creative flows brought to you by our wonderful yoga instructor, Sara. This class can be modified for any skill level.
COMPETITORS PROGRAMMING
This program is designed for experienced athletes who desire to compete at a high level. Workouts are completed independently/during open gym time. You will be challenged in new ways to prepare for success in a competitive fitness environment. Reach out to Coach Amy if you are interested in growing as a competitive athlete or joining our competition team. This program pushes good athletes to be great!
ENDURANCE PROGRAMMING
This program is designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance while reducing the risk of overuse injury in endurance training. Endurance sports, such as running, typically require repetitive movement. By varying movement patterns, athletes can continue to increase training volume with reduced risk for injury, and less boredom! Endurance programming may be performed independently or as an alternative to group class.
PERSonAL TRAINING
There are many reasons a group class may not be right for you. Reach out if you are interested in working 1-on-1 to reach individual or sport specific goals. This option is great for people looking to improve in specific areas or those who wish for a more personalized approach.
WEEKEND CLINICS
Weekend clinics are offered periodically throughout the year for athletes to improve knowledge, technique, and/or efficiency in specialized areas. In-house clinics are free for members.
COMMUNITY
When you join CrossFit DCL you are part of the family. We host breakfasts, Book Club, memorial workouts, holiday events, competitions, park days, and we participate in Clarksville Community Events.
