I had total knee replacement 3 years ago and have had pain and balance issues ever since then. Less than 2 months at DCL and my knees have become stronger and my balance has improved significantly. My doctor has encouraged me to continue at DCL 3 times per week as she can see the difference that it has made.

 Through my entire pregnancy, Matt, Amy and the DCL community were behind me every step of the way and kept me moving even when it’s the very last thing I wanted to do. I am now almost a year postpartum and my DCL family is still cheering me on. I also have the best moms to look up to! It is extremely helpful to have other mom’s who I can turn to when I have a question and to remind me that the postpartum period is a marathon, not a sprint.

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches are here to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. During your first visit, we’ll ask a few questions to understand your goals, watch how you move, and offer guidance on how to scale the workouts so they’re challenging but achievable. You’ll leave feeling confident, supported, and ready for your next session.

What is your drop-in policy?

Just passing through? No problem! Single drop-ins are $15, and if you’ll be in town for a bit, ask us about our weekly rate.

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY!

Do you offer more than crossfit?

Yes, other group classes include yoga, Fit for Life, and weight lifting. We also have an additional programming track for athletes interested in endurance or hybrid training. See the “What We Offer” page for details.
