PROGRAMS

Crossfit

Expect sweaty, challenging workouts that mix heavy lifts, cardio, and gymnastics. Classes are scalable for any fitness level. Our coaches guide you, our community has your back, and every class will leave you stronger, fitter, and proud of yourself for showing up.

Fit For Life

This class is designed for anyone looking to build strength, confidence, and consistency in their fitness routine. It’s a great fit for older adults and beginners. Workouts include functional movement patterns and balance/coordination tasks to improve daily activity tolerance and reduce risk for falls.

ON RAMP

If you are new to CrossFit, this is the place to start. The CrossFit DCL On Ramp is an introductory course designed for beginners to learn the foundational movements and techniques necessary to ensure a safe and effective transition into group classes. Reach out to our team to find out when the next On Ramp is scheduled!

WEIGHT LIFTING

Whether you want to compete or improve your fitness, our Olympic weightlifting program is for you. Train at your own pace with a skilled coach, focusing on the snatch and clean & jerk while building strength, power, speed, and coordination in a supportive, skill-focused environment.

ENDURANCE PROGRAM

Hybrid training is in, and it is what our endurance program has always delivered. Build cardiovascular endurance, vary movement patterns, and keep workouts challenging. This program may be completed independently or as an alternative to group classes.

YOGA

Restore and rejuvenate through our yoga classes. Vinyasa Flow builds strength, flexibility, and mindful movement with dynamic sequences synced to breath. Yin Yoga invites deep, passive stretches and relaxation to release tension, boost mobility, and support recovery for overall well-being.

PERSonAL TRAINING

Group classes aren’t for everyone. If you want a personalized approach or to target sport-specific goals, reach out to train 1-on-1 and focus on what matters most to you.

WEEKEND CLINICS

Weekend clinics are offered periodically throughout the year for athletes to improve knowledge, technique, and/or efficiency in specialized areas.

COMMUNITY
