Annie McIntyre

My name is Rae (Annie), I currently live in Clarksville, TN but am originally from Montana. My first taste in Crossfit was in 2012 when my husband introduced me to it. I love CrossFit because of the constant variation of movements. Everyday you're working on something different, a new workout or skill to help improve different movements. I got my CF-L1 in July of 2021 because I wanted to share my passion of CrossFit with everyone. I came to CFDCL in August 2022 and the moment I walked into the door I knew it was my new home away from home. The CrossFit community at DCL is the best and I am so happy to be a part of it. I am also a stay at home mom and my husband is in the Army at Fort Campbell.
